Project Genesis: The Beginning After The End

In Project Genesis, a zombie apocalypse triggered by the bioweapon Necro-X devastates Earth, collapsing civilization by 2030. The virus, originally developed in a secret facility known as Project Genesis, was never intended for release—but a mysterious breach changed everything. Survivors are few, and hope is nearly gone, until the emergence of Chronos, a covert group of scientists and operatives determined to rewrite history.

By 2044, Chronos builds a rudimentary time portal and recruits Alex, a seasoned scavenger, to travel back to 2024 and stop the outbreak. After agreeing, Alex is sent to the past where he uncovers the origin of Necro-X and attempts to sabotage the program. He succeeds, but upon returning to the future, finds the timeline altered: zombies now possess intelligence and control large swaths of the world.

To develop a cure, Alex is sent to a forgotten past to retrieve "X," a vital component hidden in an ancient vault. There, he faces ancient guardians and a sinister clone sent by the Intelligent Zombies. He secures "X" and escapes, triggering the final phase of Chronos’s plan.

In the future, Alex helps synthesize the cure during an assault on the lab, then escapes and returns to the present. Now, he must distribute the cure while battling a massive, time-warped entity born of lingering zombie energy. In a final showdown, Alex defeats the creature, closes the time loop, and is offered a chance to live in a restored world—where humanity has reclaimed its future.
